Job summary

Nooks seeks an experienced Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of physical spaces, from early design through construction and handoff to Operations. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and security teams, and lead permitting, RFIs, and change orders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 7–10 years in construction/architecture PM, proficiency with Procore and Google Workspace, and the ability to work from a remote or hybrid base with up to 50%

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management in construction and architecture.
• Coordination of drawing sets across SD, DD, and CD phases.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Working knowledge of permitting and approvals processes.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Procore) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Nooks sites from design through turnover.
• Coordinate design development with architects, engineers, and security requirements.
• Oversee general contractors and vendors; manage schedule, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead permitting and approvals activities to protect the schedule.
• Track milestones, surface risks, and maintain budget control across projects.
• Drive closeout activities, including punch lists and handoff to Operations.
