Job summary

Nooks is seeking a senior project delivery lead to own end-to-end delivery of physical spaces from design coordination through construction and handoff to Operations. You’ll hold scope, schedule, and budget across sites, translate standards into buildable solutions, and align architects, engineers, and contractors toward handoff.

This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Product within Construction, supports remote or hybrid work with up to 50% travel to project sites, and operates

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management in construction and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full drawing process across SD, DD, and CD phases, ensuring accuracy and alignment to standards
• Partner with Product Security to translate program and accreditation requirements into buildable solutions
• Review drawing sets with architects and engineers to resolve constructability issues before field
• Oversee general contractors and vendors through construction, owning schedule tracking and coordination
• Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders against design intent and budget
• Lead permitting and approvals, managing submissions and responses to protect the schedule
• Own each project from early design through turnover, holding scope, schedule, and budget
• Track milestones and surface risks early, driving mitigation
• Partner with Finance to monitor budgets and changes across the lifecycle
• Enforce build quality and consistency across sites, drive closeout and handoff
