Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Facilities Program Analyst to deliver strategic and operational support for design, planning, and buildouts of secure spaces (OSS/SCIF). The role is full-time onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, with a salary range of $125,000–$135,000 per year and a target of TS/SCI eligibility for ongoing employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years in administrative support focused on facility space operations and physical security, especially SCIFs.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access.
• Familiarity with security compliance for OSS/SCIF buildouts.
• Knowledge of CAD or drafting software.
• Understanding of architectural design and space management.
• Understanding of ADA Code.
• US citizenship required.
• Top Secret clearance to start; TS/SCI to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of office modifications and buildouts, ensuring DoW IT and security requirements compliance.
• Capture and maintain physical space data to optimize directorate and office placements within OUSWRE.
• Manage IT hardware setups at workstations and related peripherals.
• Coordinate office moves and furniture installation.
• Maintain rosters, space allocations, and options for optimal office use.
• Provide mid-level clerical support using Microsoft Office and assist in meeting preparations.
• Create databases tracking tasks and personnel changes; advise on HR programs and transactions.
