Job summary

Applied Research Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time SCIFs and SAPF Facilities Project Manager for Arlington/Falls Church, VA, to lead accreditation, security lifecycle, and complex space management across the enterprise.

The role involves coordinating security governance, design, and ongoing management of secure facilities, interfacing with government and corporate stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. Requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility and extensive SCIF/SAPF experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (equivalent experience may be substituted).
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Project management, secure construction, facilities management, or technical systems rollout.
• 5+ years leading the construction, build-out, security integration, and accreditation lifecycle of SCIFs/SAPFs under ICD 705 standards.
• Experience managing multi-site, multi-project portfolios with budgets exceeding $10M+.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Project-Level SCIF Accreditation & Security Governance across the facility portfolio.
• Secure Facility Operations & Lifetime SCIF Management with ongoing oversight of accredited spaces.
• Portfolio & Project Management for multiple secure-space initiatives.
• Technical Infrastructure & Network Security Architecture for accredited spaces.
• Government contracting & stakeholder integration in a regulated defense environment.
