Job summary

QinetiQ US (formerly Avantus Federal) seeks a Personnel & Facilities Management Specialist to lead security accreditation, space allocation, and facility modernization for SCIF/SAP-F environments, supporting DoW and USSF programs.

You will coordinate with government and contractor personnel, manage space, and ensure compliance with ICD 705 and related security standards. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and extensive DoD facility experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• TS/SCI Eligibility; #qinetiqclearedjob
• 15+ years of DoW HR/IT/Telecom and Facility Management in a SCIF environment (NRO/NSA/NGA acceptable)
• Experience in facility security accreditation or co-use approvals of TS/SCI SCIF and SAP-F environments
• Expertise coordinating facility space allocation, collocation procedures, space usage agreements, work orders, relocations, modernization
• Experience aligning operational strategies with acquisition strategies and sustaining secure mission infrastructure (space, networks/IT, accreditation)
• Coordinating daily maintenance, space allocation, and Facilities Utilization Board (FUB) execution
• Managing construction, design, and retrofit of TS/SCI SCIFs and SAP-Fs (ICD 705)
• Securing and maintaining critical facility security accreditations
• Initiating/maintaining Host Tenant Support Agreements (HTSAs)
• RAMS / ARCHIBUS

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain an accredited SCI Facility (SCIF)/SAP Facility (SAPF) for Government and Contractor personnel
• Connect to multi-level data services including Unified Data Library and National Space Defense Center access
• Maintain SAPF IT infrastructure and bandwidth for near-real time classified data and high-performance processing
• Advise Government on security documentation and coordinate with IC, DoW, and security staffs
• Provide on-site support at defense contractor facilities to support contract tasks
