Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks an Access Control Officer to support a government customer in Lorton, VA. You will manage entry/exit, badge verification, and escort un-cleared personnel at SCIFs, using Lenel CMS.

Requirements include US citizenship, active TS/SCI clearance, High School diploma, 2 years' security systems experience, CPR/AED, and ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours; strong English required. Benefits include 401K, medical, dental, paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with government facility access control and badge verification.
• Ability to perform face-to-face ID checks and badge validation.
• Ability to conduct entry/exit inspections and maintain shift logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control services for government facilities per IDIQ/task orders.
• Control access of personnel, equipment, and media entering/exiting SCIFs.
• Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to un-cleared individuals and ensure proper badges for visitors.
