Job summary

Aldevron, part of Danaher’s family, seeks a Technical Project Manager II to lead complex biomanufacturing initiatives from Fargo, ND, on-site. You’ll coordinate with PMs, program managers, and clients to keep milestones on track and drive successful delivery.

The role requires a biology/chemistry background, 3+ years in related fields, and experience steering projects with both waterfall and agile approaches. Strong communication and tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in method development, method validation, quality control, biomanufacturing validation, process development, or technology transfer, ideally pertaining to nucleic acids.
• Proven experience leading departments and/or managing complex projects with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in SmartSheet, OneNote, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex biomanufacturing projects utilizing department standards and tools.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, internal stakeholders, Program Managers, and clients while maintaining project timelines, updating status, managing changes, and driving milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively identify obstacles and work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute solutions.
• Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks with stakeholders to preserve professional relationships.
