Green Life Science is seeking a Scientist BD – Licensing in the United States to drive licensing opportunities for antibody discovery programs and preclinical assets. The role targets a PhD-trained scientist transitioning to a client-facing, commercial BD position.

Ideal candidates will have deep antibody drug discovery expertise, strong data translation skills, and the ability to lead discussions with biotech and pharma partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop licensing and strategic partnership opportunities for antibody discovery programs and preclinical assets.
• Translate complex biological data into clear therapeutic and licensing value propositions.
• Engage with biotech and pharma partners to understand pipeline gaps and propose tailored scientific solutions.
• Support and lead partner discussions, diligence processes, and deal execution with internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align internal capabilities with business strategy.
• Represent the organization in partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Monitor trends to inform BD and licensing strategy.
