Job summary

Green Life Science in Boston is seeking an Antibody Discovery Scientist transitioning into a commercial role focused on out-licensing cutting-edge platforms for a global CRO/Biotech. The role is onsite in Boston with local travel up to 25%.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, but candidates should be able to communicate complex science to multiple stakeholders and have a strong understanding of early discovery workflows.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Immunology, Cancer Biology or a related biomedical science discipline.
• Strong background in antibody drug discovery, with knowledge of target validation and hit-to-lead optimisation.
• Ability to interpret complex biological data and translate findings into therapeutic narratives.
• Strong understanding of antibody modalities (mAbs, bispecifics, ADCs).
• Excellent strategic and commercial thinking with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across scientific and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop external business opportunities across out-licensing, co-development and other strategic transactions.
• Lead development and presentation of business cases for opportunities.
• Independently initiate, develop and present external opportunities to senior management.
• Lead cross-functional due diligence and alliance management with R&D, CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations and Finance.
• Manage BD activities through the transaction lifecycle including proposals, term sheets, negotiations and alliance management.
• Contribute to BD strategy aligned with corporate and portfolio objectives.
• Represent organisation at industry, investor and partnering conferences.
