Biocytogen Boston Corp. is seeking a seasoned business development leader to drive external opportunities such as out-licensing and co-development across oncology, inflammation, and related modalities.

You will lead cross-functional due diligence, develop robust business cases, and present recommendations to senior management. The role requires a PhD in a biomedical field and a strong track record in antibody discovery, target validation, and translating data into licensing narratives.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or a related biomedical science field.
• Strong background in antibody drug discovery, target validation, and translational storytelling.
• Experience turning biological data into compelling licensing narratives.
• Familiarity with monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics, and ADCs.

Responsabilités

• Identify and establish external opportunities for out-licensing, co-development, and other transactions.
• Lead development and presentation of business cases with robust analyses for management review.
• Drive due diligence and alliance management with R&D, CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, and Finance.
• Act as BD contact for deal structuring, negotiations, and alliance management.
• Contribute to BD strategy aligned with portfolio goals and corporate strategy.
