Job summary

Green Life Science is seeking an Antibody Scientist – BD/Platform Licensing in Boston, MA. This onsite role focuses on out-licensing cutting-edge antibody platforms and leading cross-functional due diligence with R&D, CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations and Finance teams.

Role requires translating complex biology data into compelling licensing narratives, managing lifecycle from proposals to negotiations, and representing the organization at industry and partnering conferences.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Immunology, Cancer Biology or related biomedical field.
• Strong background in antibody drug discovery, target validation, hit-to-lead optimization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop external business opportunities across out-licensing, co-development and other strategic transactions.
• Lead the development and presentation of business cases for external opportunities with robust analysis of assumptions, risks and considerations.
• Independently initiate and present external opportunities to senior management.
