Cogent Scientific, an insourced contract research organization, seeks a Pharma Scientific Recruiter to support our laboratory leadership team in Indianapolis, IN. This onsite, day-shift role focuses on sourcing and screening scientists, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely documentation.

The ideal candidate has a biology-related BS and 2+ years recruiting scientists from BS to PhD, with excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast paced multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• BS-Biology, Chemistry or related field with 2+ years of experience recruiting all levels of scientists (BS through PhD).
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for open roles, primarily focusing on candidates with molecular biology and biochemistry backgrounds.
• Scheduling meetings with candidates and internal/external customers.
• Completing and sending essential documents to leadership team in a timely manner.
• Communicating consistently with candidates and hiring team.
• Utilizing social media and other sources as needed to attract scientific candidates.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

As we continue to expand our footprint across the United States, we have opened a Pharma Scientific Recruiter role to support our laboratory leadership team in Indianapolis, IN. The Pharma Scientific Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting our growing operations.

This is an onsite, day shift position (approx. 8a-5p local time) at Cogent Scientific's corporate office in Indianapolis, IN.
