Job summary

Psomagen, Inc., based in Rockville, MD, seeks an experienced Scientific Product Manager to own and grow our Multi-omics service portfolio (Single Cell, Spatial Genomics, Olink Proteomics). This on-site role sits at the crossroads of Sales, Lab Operations, Bioinformatics, and clients.

You will define offerings, packaging, pricing, and delivery to ensure sales confidence and lab feasibility, while driving repeatable, scalable workflows across the service life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences field.
• Experience in Product Management, NGS-related Technical Sales, Field Application Support, or Scientific Product/Project Management is preferred.
• Platform expertise in Single Cell, Spatial Genomics, or Proteomics workflows.
• Ability to define service offerings, gather requirements, build roadmaps, and drive launches across Sales, Lab, and BI teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the service portfolio, roadmap, and portfolio profitability for Single Cell, Spatial Genomics, and Olink Proteomics.
• Develop pricing and packaging that are competitive, profitable, and realistic.
• Monitor market trends and build business cases for new or enhanced services.
• Provide technical sales support and translate client requirements into optimized designs.
• Lead new service launches and sales enablement efforts.
