Job summary

Psomagen seeks a Scientific Product Manager to own and grow the Multi-omics service portfolio including Single Cell, Spatial Genomics, and Olink Proteomics. This on-site role sits at the center of Sales, Lab Operations, BI, and client engagement to ensure repeatable, high-quality service delivery.

The role defines offerings, scope, pricing, and delivery, aligning with lab readiness and market needs while enabling sales to close with confidence and clients to receive reliable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or related life sciences field.
• It is preferred to have experience in Product Management, NGS-related technical sales, FAS, or scientific PM in CRO/service/life-science tools.
• Strong understanding of Single Cell, Spatial biology, and proteomics workflows and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the service portfolio, roadmap, and profitability for Single Cell, Spatial Genomics, and Olink Proteomics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Lab leadership to develop pricing and packaging.
• Monitor market trends and build business cases for new or enhanced services.
• Translate client requirements into optimized experimental design and tailored solutions.
