Job summary

HOK in Seattle seeks a Project Manager to partner with the Project Architect and Project Designer, accountable for project financial performance and team communication across all phases of a project. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop scopes and fees, and prepare client presentations to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include managing consultants, guiding project performance in Deltek, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships while integrating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
• 5 years' experience in architectural practice with management experience in all phases of projects through post-occupancy.
• Licensed Architect with current registration in your region preferred, if licensure is offered in your region.
• NCARB registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.
• Science & Technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Leadership Team.
• Participates on and/or leads multiple project teams as Project Manager.
• Assists senior management in developing and validating project scope and fee, budget and scope of services during the marketing and contract development process.
• Assists in preparing project presentations. May participate and/or lead client presentations.
• Communicates project information to clients and project team; manages project using the Deltek Project Management system.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients and consultants.
