Job summary

HOK Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager responsible for guiding projects from planning through post-occupancy, in partnership with the Project Architect and Designer. You will direct teams, manage budgets, schedule and client communications, and ensure compliance with design intent.

The role requires 5 years of architectural practice with management experience, and licensure or NCARB registration is preferred. A collaborative, hybrid work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (or equivalent in education/experience) required; Master's preferred.
• 5 years' architecture practice experience with management across all project phases through post-occupancy.
• Licensed Architect with current registration preferred; NCARB registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams; partner with Project Architect and Designer to manage scope, budget and schedule.
• Oversee project communications and client presentations; manage consultants and contracts.
• Monitor construction administration and ensure design intent, budgets and fees are met; manage risk and QA.
