• Demonstrates knowledge of district curriculum, NJ Student Learning Standards, and evidence‑based instructional practices.
• Ability to analyze student data and guide colleagues in instructional next steps.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured data conversations using district protocols to examine student achievement and growth data.
• Facilitate PLCs and collaborative planning across grade spans and departments.
• Support MTSS implementation with professional learning and data-driven decisions.
• Prepare agendas, protocols, and professional learning materials for staff.
• Maintain time records and documentation of planning activities.
