Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst (MDSO) to safeguard SCI programs from a Washington, DC base. You will own all SCI security in a SCIF, coordinate indoctrinations, and enforce DD254 provisions while working with mission management and government customers.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 1+ year SCI experience, and the ability to support SOPs, OPSEC plans, and program security across SpaceX missions. Occasional travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of security experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1+ years of security experience in an SCI environment.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own all SCI security aspects within a fast-paced SCIF environment.
• Support FSO in day-to-day collateral security requirements.
• Support all program security aspects including SOPs, OPSEC, PPPs, and DD254s.
• Enforce DD254 provisions and issue subcontractor DD254s.
• Coordinate SCI indoctrinations/debriefings.
• Partner with Mission Management and government reps to meet deliverables.
• Create/update refresher, indoctrination, and exit briefings as required.
• Help engineers understand program classification and protection requirements.
• Maintain accountability of program materials and prepare for inspections.
• Conduct security inquiries and incident reporting.
• Stay updated on security trends and implement solutions.
• Attend and support customer meetings and working groups.
