SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Industrial Security Analyst (MDSO) to lead SCI security in a fast-paced SCIF environment in Washington, DC. The role requires coordinating with FSO and government representatives to ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, and related policies.

The successful candidate will manage indoctrinations, DD254s, and program security aspects across missions, while maintaining materials accountability and supporting inspections. A TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years security experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of security experience in an SCI environment.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; pre-employment drug/alcohol testing may apply.

Responsabilités

• Own all SCI security aspects within a fast-paced SCIF environment.
• Support FSO in day-to-day collateral security requirements.
• Support all program security aspects including SOPs, OPSEC plans, and DD254s.
• Enforce DD254 provisions and issue subcontractor DD254s.
• Coordinate SCI indoctrinations/debriefings.
• Collaborate with Mission Management and government reps to meet deliverables.
• Prepare and update annual refresher, indoctrination, and exit briefings.
• Understand SCG development and influence customer determinations.
• Maintain accountability of program materials.
• Prepare for/complet e inspections and self-inspections.
• Conduct security inquiries and incident reporting.
