SpaceX, based in Hawthorne, CA, is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to serve as a Security Analyst within our Hawthorne office. This role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility and will partner with Mission Management, government representatives, and engineering teams to ensure proper program classifications and protections.

The position emphasizes compliance, personnel clearances, and security operations, with a strong focus on policy adherence and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of security experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in SCI or collateral environment.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; drug testing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Mission Management and government reps to meet program deliverables.
• Explain classification requirements to engineering teams and ensure protections.
• Assist with self-inspections, audits, and inquiries.
• Help manage personnel clearances for programs.
• Contribute to CONOPS, OPSEC Plans, PPIPs, MFRs for approval.
• Coordinate transportation of classified materials.
• Keep security SOPs up to date and followed.
• Support annual refreshers, INDOC, and exit briefings.
• Review clearance packages for accuracy and follow up as needed.
• Ensure foreign travel and contact, finances, and conduct are up to date.
