Job summary
SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Analyst (MDSO) to lead SCI security within a fast-paced SCIF environment. You will work closely with FSO, Mission Management, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with NISPOM and related directives, including DD254s and indoctrinations.
The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, travel as needed, and readiness for extended hours to meet mission deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of security experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of security experience within an SCI environment.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Own all SCI security aspects within a fast-paced SCIF environment.
- Support FSO in day-to-day collateral security requirements.
- Support program security aspects including DD254s and SOPs.
- Enforce DD254 provisions and issue subcontractor DD254s.
- Coordinate SCI indoctrinations/debriefings.
- Collaborate with Mission Management and government representatives to ensure deliverables.
