Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field (Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services) or Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of social service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering youth prevention programming.
• At least 1 year as site coordinator or in day-to-day prevention program implementation.
• Knowledge of prevention, early intervention, and substance use disorder approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual strategic plans with partnering school districts.
• Deliver classroom presentations and group education promoting healthy decision-making.
• Collaborate with school personnel to identify at-risk students and facilitate interventions and referrals.
• Provide training, consultation, and support for universal and targeted interventions.
• Coordinate on-site delivery of school-based prevention and early intervention services.
