Job summary

PRO Companies is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time role in Plymouth, PA. You will work with children in a school-based setting and implement behavior plans under supervision.

Data collection and session documentation are part of the daily tasks. The position offers training and opportunities to earn your RBT certification, with flexible scheduling based on client needs and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children required.
• Experience with challenging behaviors highly preferred.
• Completion of the 40 Hour RBT training, 3rd edition task list.

Schedule: Full-time, 7am-2:30pm, M-F.

What You'll Do as a BHT

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Experience working with children required; experience with challenging behaviors highly preferred
• Must be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors
• Completion of the 40 Hour RBT training, 3rd edition task list. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation
• Current clearances (within 12 months) required
