Job summary

PRO is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Malvern, PA through CCIU. This full-time hourly role follows the school calendar, with approximately 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday during normal school hours.

Summers are off, ESY not guaranteed. You will provide one-on-one behavioral support to K-12 students under supervision of a BCBA, collaborating with teachers and families to promote skill development, collect data, and support broader educational goals.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year in a school setting with behavioral and emotional challenges.
• RBT certification is required.
• Must be comfortable using a computer.
• Must complete clinical documentation to school district standards.
• Current clearances within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in the school setting under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff and families to promote skill development and positive behaviors.

Location: Malvern, PA through the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU)

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 7.5 hours per day. M-F during normal school day hours. This is an hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work.

Caseload: K-12, Autistic Support, Multiple Disabilities, Emotional Support, or Life Skills classroom

Additional Details: RBTs will work with students during the school calendar year and will follow the school calendar for days off, holidays, etc. Summers are off; ESY may be available but is not guaranteed.
