Job summary

PRO Companies is hiring a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in West Chester, PA. This full-time, hourly position provides one-on-one behavioral support to K-12 students under BCBA supervision, collaborating with teachers and families to promote skill development and positive behavior.

Responsibilities include data collection, completing school-district documentation, and following the school calendar. Summers are off; ESY may be available.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year demonstrated experience working in a school setting, preferably with students with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
• RBT certification is required.
• Must be comfortable using a computer and completing clinical documentation to school district standards.
• Current clearances (within 6 months)

School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: West Chester, PA through the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU)

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 7.5 hours per day. M-F during normal school day hours. This is an hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work.

Caseload: K-12, Autistic Support, Multiple Disabilities, Emotional Support, or Life Skills classroom

Additional Details: RBTs will work with students during the school calendar year and will follow the school calendar for days off, holidays, etc. Summers are off; ESY may be available but is not guaranteed.
