Job summary

PRO is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings in Forty Fort, PA. The role offers full-time or part-time options with flexible hours and a path to certification.

You will implementBehavior support plans under supervision, collect data, and document sessions while helping clients build essential skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• Comfortable with children who may display challenging behaviors.
• Completion of the 40 Hour RBT training.

What You'll Do as a BHT

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Experience working with children required; experience with challenging behaviors highly preferred
• Must be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors
• Completion of the 40 Hour RBT training. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation
• Current clearances (within 12 months) required
