Job summary

PRO is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral support in the West Grove, PA school setting under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and staff to promote student skill development and positive behavior, with data collection and goal achievement as core duties.

You will work a full-time school-day schedule, with Summers off and ESY not guaranteed, and benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k),

Qualifications

• High Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year demonstrated experience in a school setting, preferably with students with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
• RBT certification is required.
• Must be comfortable using a computer.
• Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards.
• Current clearances (within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in the school setting by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote skill development, encourage positive behaviors, collect data, and support students in achieving their educational and behavioral goals.

School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: West Grove, PA through the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU)

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 7.5 hours per day. M-F during normal school day hours. This is an hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work.

Caseload: K-12, Autistic Support, Multiple Disabilities, Emotional Support, or Life Skills classroom

Additional Details: RBTs will work with students during the school calendar year and will follow the school calendar for days off, holidays, etc. Summers are off; ESY may be available but is not guaranteed.
