Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of satisfactory driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Medical ability to pass initial and routine physical examinations and drug/alcohol screening.
• Familiarity with fleet/workforce tech like Samsara (GPS) and Dayforce (scheduling/HR).

Responsibilities

• Transport students safely and courteously following traffic laws and policies.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules for pickups and drop-offs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain a safe, orderly environment inside the vehicle.
• Assist students in boarding and exiting, including mobility devices as needed.
• Report delays, defects, or incidents to dispatch/management immediately.
• Participate in safety meetings and conduct drills per policy.
