Responsibilities

• Ensure employees report to work as scheduled and complete and file paperwork.
• Maintain, manage, and update driver schedules daily.
• Report concerns or issues to Operations Manager.
• Assign substitute drivers as needed.
• Plan and assign drivers for field trips and special transportation.
• Assist in developing routes and schedules.
• Coordinate charter trips and heavy telephone communications.
• Maintain mileage, fuel, and related records.
• Ensure daily vehicle inspections and buses are cleaned.
• Assist in scheduling vehicles for maintenance.
• Review onboard video and GPS monitoring.
