Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• At least one year experience in a customer service position.
• Valid CDL or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with three years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with schools, parents, drivers and aides; answering telephone inquiries and communicating on two‑way radio.
• Ensure employees report to work as scheduled and complete and file paperwork.
• Plan, schedule and assign drivers for regular routes and special transportation.
• Maintain records and assist with billing and payroll.
