Job summary

Mad River Local Schools is seeking a part-time school aide to support students in need, with shifts 6:30 am–8:30 am and 1:15 pm–4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires a high school diploma, clearance of a criminal background check, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Record free of criminal violations that would prevent public school employment.
• Must pass new hire drug testing.
• Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Willingness to assist with the needs of special needs students.
• Positive attitude toward special needs students.
• Ability to lift/manipulate 50 lbs and assist with wheelchairs.
