The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter is seeking a School to Work Mentor to provide individualized services to students with disabilities, facilitating their transition from high school to adult life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services, education, or a related field required.
• Valid NYS Driver's License necessary.
• Experience in Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized services to students with disabilities.
• Complete referrals for students to obtain eligibility.
• Attend meetings to promote STW programs.
