Responsibilities

• Perform basic clerical work such as typing, filing, duplicating, answering phones, and reception. Schedule meetings daily (50%).
• Support teachers and instructional staff with student testing and material prep (daily 15%).
• Monitor and assist students during activities and testing (daily 10%).
• Provide support to teachers and resource center technicians as needed (daily 5%).
• Draft and distribute reports or communications to staff/parents (weekly 5%).
• Maintain program files, inventory, calendars, equipment maintenance, and repair schedules; budget tracking (weekly 5%).
• Perform other duties as assigned (daily 5%).
