• Establishes and maintains relationships with administrators and teachers for staffing needs.
• Verifies that qualified candidates have completed the hiring process; coordinates onboarding with HR.
• References the approved substitute list and screens/assigns substitutes for coverage.
• Informs substitutes about facilities, processes and expectations.
• Prepares information packets and maintains payroll records using Frontline.
