Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist to support high school and middle school students on a full-time basis with a stable weekday schedule.

You will deliver voice and language services to a caseload of approximately 65 students, conduct screenings and evaluations, set IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to implement effective therapy plans. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

  • Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
  • Background working with school-age children, ideally in secondary settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Organization and time management to handle diverse caseloads.
  • Flexibility to adapt to individual student needs and school schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services for students in middle and high school.

  • Offer both direct therapy and consultative support to educators and families.
  • Track student progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the wider educational team.
