Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Lafayette, IN. You will assess, plan, and provide direct therapy to K-12 students, collaborating with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

Must hold an Indiana SLP license (or eligibility). Clinical fellows are welcome; benefits include CEU/license reimbursement, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• Criminal and DCS background checks.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).

About the Role:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. What We're Looking For:

Preferred:

• One year of experience in speech therapy (clinical fellows welcome)
• Department of Education certification
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
• Experience with school-based caseload management
