Job summary

Soliant Health in the Seattle area is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year to work onsite in a dynamic K-12 setting. This full-time contract runs from August 26, 2026 through June 16, 2027, with a 37.5 hour workweek.

The role requires a Master’s in SLP, active WA licensure, CCC-SLP, and experience with K-12 schools. You will conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, and provide direct therapy while maintaining compliant

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct speech-language therapy to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student growth and inclusion.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
  • Participate in meetings, team planning sessions, and parent conferences.
  • Provide consultative services and resources to school teams as needed.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field through ongoing professional development.

Job description

Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students near Seattle, WA for the 2026-2027 school year! This is a full-time contract position, running from August 26, 2026 through June 16, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Washington SLP licensure/certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in a school environment
  • Willingness to undergo fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide therapy and support to a caseload of up to 45 students
