Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based travel assignment in Milwaukie, OR. You will evaluate students and provide therapy services, documenting progress in line with each plan of care and physician orders.

The role requires SLP licensure in the state, CCC-SLP preferred, and adherence to professional standards. Travel nurses with current CPR and health certifications are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment is required.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Setting: Schools Job Type: Travel Pay: 2637 Week Hours: 37.50 Location: Milwaukie, OR The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
