Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services in elementary and high school settings. Multiple openings include two elementary schools (full-time) and one high school (part-time), with assignments through June 17, 2027.

These roles offer both full-time and part-time options for flexibility and stability. Ideal candidates will hold a Washington SLP license, ESA certification, OSPI fingerprint clearance, and ASHA CCC-SLP, with strong collaboration

Qualifications

  • Active Washington SLP License.
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate.
  • Must be fingerprinted through OSPI.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is highly valued.
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations in-person.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students in elementary or high school settings.
  • Work in partnership with teachers, staff, and families to monitor progress and support generalization of skills.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide resourceful strategies and interventions tailored to individual student needs.
