Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Washington is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based contracts in elementary and high school settings. Positions include both full-time and part-time, onsite opportunities, beginning as soon as possible through June 17, 2027.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy, conduct assessments, and contribute to IEP teams, collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student success.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Washington SLP License
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate
  • CCC-SLP (preferred)
  • Fingerprinting through OSPI
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in elementary or high school settings
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to promote student success
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide support for students with a wide range of speech and language needs
  • Ensure compliance with all state and district guidelines

Job description

Exciting contract opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a difference in the lives of students. Positions are open for both full-time and part-time roles, serving elementary and high school students through in-person support. You will work collaboratively within a dynamic educational team, supporting communication development in students and helping them reach their full potential during the academic year.

Current openings:
  • Two full-time positions (7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week)
  • One part-time position (0.8 FTE, 4 days per week)All roles are onsite and begin as soon as possible through June 17, 2027.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Washington SLP License
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
