ProCare Therapy invites a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our onsite school-based team near Tacoma, WA for the 2026-2027 academic year. You will deliver services to K-12 students, conduct assessments, set goals, and implement individualized plans.

This full-time role requires strong communication, collaboration with educators and families, and a commitment to onsite work across elementary, middle, and high school settings. OSPI clearance and licensure support are provided where needed.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • CCC-SLP certification required.
  • Washington SLP license or willingness to obtain.
  • OSPI fingerprint clearance or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language services to K-12 students.
  • Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to optimize outcomes.
  • Monitor progress and document, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide screenings, direct intervention, and consultative support.

Desired Qualifications:

  • OSPI fingerprint clearance or willingness to complete
  • Previous experience in school‑based SLP roles is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to working onsite (no virtual positions available)
  • Ability to adapt therapy for diverse student populations
