New Story Schools is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower students to find their voice, build communication skills, and gain confidence. You will work with educators, families, and therapists to deliver individualized speech and language support tailored to each student’s needs.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing IEP-aligned treatment plans, partnering with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining thorough progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience in school or clinical settings with students who have special needs.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver speech-language therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document student growth.
• Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates.
• Apply behavior management and engagement strategies to support learning.
