New Story Schools is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower students to find their voice, build communication skills, and gain confidence. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and therapists to deliver individualized speech-language support aligned with each student’s goals.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing IEP-aligned treatment plans, monitoring progress, and providing data-driven updates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience in school or clinical settings with students who have special needs.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain clear documentation of student growth.
• Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support.
• Use behavior management and engagement strategies to create a positive learning environment.
