Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students in Lancaster with strong communication skills and confidence. You will collaborate with educators, families, and therapists to deliver individualized speech-language support that aligns with each student’s IEP goals.

You’ll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes, contributing to a supportive, data-driven learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience in a school or clinical setting with students who have special needs.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document student growth clearly.
• Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support.
• Use behavior management and engagement strategies to create a positive learning environment.
