Job summary

MCPS is seeking a licensed speech-language pathologist to screen, evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students from birth to 21 years old. You will design goals and provide therapy within the educational setting, aligning with IEP team objectives.

You will consult with teachers and parents, document progress with concise reports, and participate in IEP team meetings to support student success in language, articulation, voice, and fluency services.

Qualifications

• Master's or equivalent in speech-language pathology with knowledge of evaluation and therapy techniques.
• Experience collaborating with professionals and working with parents.
• Excellent oral and written communication and human relations skills.
• CCC desirable or CFY eligible.
