Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech or language delays.
• Provide direct therapy services, individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support communication development.
• Monitor and document progress, adjust therapy methods as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and share progress insights.
• Educate students and parents about speech-language development and strategies.
• Stay current with research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
• Assist in developing school-wide speech and communication initiatives.
• Support other duties assigned by building administrator or Director of Special Education.
