Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower students with autism and developmental challenges. You will work with educators, families, and therapists to deliver individualized speech-language support and help students reach their full potential.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure data-driven progress and successful communication growth for each student.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required
• Experience in school or clinical setting with students with special needs
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document student growth
• Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates
• Apply behavior management strategies to foster a positive learning environment
