New Story Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students ages 5-21 with autism and developmental challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and therapists to deliver targeted speech-language services.

The role emphasizes data-driven progress monitoring, ongoing plan adjustments, and creating a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required.
• Experience in school or clinical settings with students with special needs.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain clear documentation of student growth.
• Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support.
