Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower students aged 5–21 with autism and other developmental challenges. You will assess, design individualized treatment plans, and partner with educators, families, and therapists to deliver targeted services.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required.
Experience in school or clinical setting with students with special needs.
Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.
Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain clear documentation of student growth.
Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support.
Use behavior management and engagement strategies to create a positive learning environment.
