Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower students ages 5–21 with autism and other challenges. You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy in collaboration with educators, families, and therapists to help each student reach their full potential.

You’ll work closely on IEP goals, monitor progress, document outcomes, and advocate for data-driven supports in a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience with students with special needs in school or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.
• Monitor progress and document student outcomes.
• Set IEP goals and provide updates based on data.
• Use behavior management to foster a positive learning environment.
